The collection of pieces for classical guitar entitled “Poetic Etudes” op. 32 consists of 13 miniatures. The etudes contain various issues of guitar technique that I encounter most often in my teaching work, for example: arpeggio, legato, intervals, scale progressions. The compositions have a cheerful mood and a gentle character, because these are poetic etudes! We find a lot of musical colors and surprising twists in them. The programmatic nature of the titles can help the performer interpret the miniatures. The compositions are accessible to master in terms of technique and music for students of the upper grades of primary music schools. I hope that working on the pieces will be enjoyable for students and at the same time will allow them to make progress in learning to play the guitar. I invite you to play “Poetic Etudes”.
